This Privacy Notice outlines key information about our Loyalty Program.

World360 Rewards is a loyalty rewards and recognition program where Members accumulate points by buying products and services from Flight Centre Travel Group Limited brands and other partner companies, and then redeeming these points either (i) for rewards or (ii) in connection with bookings made with related brands (in accordance with the program’s terms). This Privacy Notice explains how World360 Rewards collects and uses Your personal information when You join and participate in Our loyalty rewards program.

As a loyalty rewards and recognition program, World360 Rewards uses personal information to maximise value for its Members by personalising opportunities to earn and redeem points.

Data collection and analytics are fundamental to the operation of the World360 Rewards program:

We collect Your personal information from multiple sources including Your membership activities, partner transactions, and digital interactions. We use sophisticated data analytics to:

  • Analyse Your spend, earn and redemption patterns and preferences across different categories.
  • Match and combine data from various World360 Rewards partners to create comprehensive profiles.
  • Track Your interactions across our digital platforms, mobile applications, and partner services.
  • Conduct statistical research on Member behaviour and usage patterns.

Data Sharing with Partners is fundamental to the operation of the World360 Rewards program:

Your personal information is regularly shared with our extensive network of program partners to:

  • Enable point-earning and redemption across partner businesses.
  • Facilitate targeted offers and promotions from partners that match Your interests.
  • Support co-branded services like the World360 Rewards co-branded credit card (should this be offered in the future).
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and events.

1. Who operates World360 Rewards

World360 Rewards is a trading name owned by FCTG Leisure Pty Ltd (We or Us or Our or World360 Rewards), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of  Flight Centre Travel Group Limited (FCTG), an Australian travel company with offices at 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane, QLD, 4101, Australia.  If You join World360 Rewards, You will become a Member of Our program (Member or You or Your).

FCTG Leisure Pty Ltd is responsible for the processing of Your personal information concerning World360 Rewards. By using the contact points set out in Section 12 below, You can exercise Your rights or raise any complaints about the processing of Your personal information in relation to World360 Rewards.

2. Purpose of this World360 Rewards Privacy Notice

Your privacy is important to Us, and safeguarding Your privacy is fundamental to Our business. This Privacy Notice describes how We collect, handle and use Your personal information in connection with the World360 Rewards program. This Privacy Notice applies to all personal information processed when You become a Member of World360 Rewards, use the World360 Rewards website or mobile application, or contact Us directly. Your personal information is processed primarily to facilitate Your World 360 Rewards membership and let You reap the benefits of the program. Your personal information may also be used to send You advertisements and offers tailored to Your interests, preferences and past activities, whether from Us, FCTG or rewards partners. This Privacy Notice also sets out Your rights in relation to Our processing of Your personal information.

3. Types of personal information We collect and when We collect it

Each Member acknowledges that World360 Rewards collects, uses and discloses information about the Member to enable Us to provide the Member with relevant benefits, to administer World360 Rewards, and to undertake the activities further set out in this Privacy Notice. As such, World360 Rewards may collect and process the following categories of personal data.

(a) Name and contact details
To enable Your membership with World360 Rewards We will collect: Your name, contact details, log-in information, gender and date of birth. Your contact details may include Your address, telephone number and e-mail address. 

(b) Membership data 
When You become a World360 Rewards Member We will create and process Your: membership number, membership tier, and points balance. World360 Rewards will also process the transactions with which You earn or spend points.

World360 Rewards records, amongst others, the type of transaction (e.g., web shop redemption where provided, flight, hotel, car rental, etc.), World360 Rewards branded credit card transaction details, points earned or debited, and vendor transaction details (for airlines, hotel, hire car, etc.). For flights, World360 Rewards also registers Your place of departure, destination, travel date, flight number, booking class, cabin and fare paid.

(c) World360 Rewards communications with You 
When You send World360 Rewards an e-mail or chat online or via social media, World360 Rewards records Your communication. World360 Rewards also registers Your communication preferences where provided, for example when You subscribe to marketing or newsletters. When You contact us, Our customer support will register Your questions or complaints. We may also record Your communications, including telephone calls where available, to Us for training purposes, dispute resolution, quality control, and/or to prevent or combat fraud.

(d) Information World360 Rewards collects when You use its website or mobile applications 
When You visit www.world360rewards.com World360 Rewards may register Your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring website, web-browsing behaviour and application use.

World360 Rewards gathers data through cookies and comparable tracking technologies during Your website visits. Additional details can be found in this website's cookie policy. When You access this site through an email link or while signed into Your World360 Rewards account, We may connect the data obtained through cookies and similar technologies with other information We maintain about You.

World360 Rewards automatically receives alerts when You open Our emails or select links within those messages. This data may be merged with other information We process regarding You, including Your membership details.

Subject to Your consent, We may collect Your geographic location information. You may also choose to grant Us access to specific information saved on Your mobile device (including images and contact lists).

(e) Information in relation to social media 
Based on Your social media privacy configurations, We might obtain data from Your social networking platform. For instance, if You log into Your World360 Rewards account through a social media profile, World360 Rewards may receive Your social network profile information such as contact data, preferences, and connections. To learn more about what personal information World360 Rewards collects from Your social media platform and how to modify these settings, please review Your social network provider's website and privacy policy. 

(f) Flight Centre Travel Group customer data 
World360 Rewards is the loyalty rewards and recognition program of FCTG. FCTG may use the personal information collected for World360 Rewards if You make enquiries or bookings through FCTG, use FCTG websites or mobile applications, or contact FCTG about Your travel services. Please check the FCTG privacy notice for further details on the personal information processed by FCTG, found in the footer of the relevant FCTG website.

(g) Information You choose to share with World360 Rewards 
You may choose to share information with World360 Rewards, such as when You share Your interests and preferences with Us, leave a comment on the World360 Rewards Facebook page, complete a customer survey, or submit an entry for a contest.

(h) Individuals Younger than 18 
Individuals must be 18 years of age or over before they can become a World360 Rewards Member.

(i) Information from public sources 
We may collect and combine personal information about the Member from third parties or public sources (e.g. ABS census data). 

(j) Additional information  
For specific interactions, services, mobile applications, events, contests or campaigns, We may collect other types of personal information than those described in this Privacy Notice. Should this occur, We will inform You about this when You register for the service, and/or prior to the collection of this information, and option Your explicit consent where required.

4. How we collect Your data

We collect the categories of personal information referred to above in the following ways. 

(a) Personal information provided when You interact with us 

  • During World360 Rewards enrolment, we gather the information You submit throughout the registration process. 

  • When You contact us, we will record details about that communication, including the date, time, and reason for Your contact. 

  • While You navigate our website and use our application, subject to Your consent where required, we capture data such as Your IP address, device information, and browsing patterns – please refer to the World360 Rewards cookie policy for additional details. 

  • When You subscribe to receive World360 Rewards emails, fill out a customer survey or questionnaire, register for events, or participate in a promotional contest. 

(b) Personal data collected when You redeem points with World360 Rewards 

  • When You redeem Your points earned for a reward, We collect information about the reward and any additional information necessary to fulfil Your redemption request. 

(c) We may collect personal information when You interact with any company in FCTG 

  • When You make purchases or seek redemptions through an FCTG company, that business shares transaction details with Us – including purchase date, travel dates, cost, location, items bought (fare class, baggage fees, seat upgrades, car hire, hotels, cruises, insurance), and any additional information You supplied during that purchase. 

  • When You receive FCTG emails, We may track Your engagement patterns, including whether and when You open Our emails – additional information is available in the World360 Rewards cookie policy. 

  • When You access any FCTG website, mobile application, or other FCTG digital platforms, we may gather data such as pages visited, search terms, visit frequency, session duration, and geographic information (for example, to determine Your departure location during booking) – further details can be found in the relevant website or mobile application terms and conditions, as well as the World360 Rewards cookie policy. 

  • When You engage with FCTG social media pages and contests, we may collect or obtain information about that engagement. 

This data collection may encompass information from Your past interactions with FCTG, including those that occurred before You became a World360 Rewards Member, so We can more quickly understand Your preferences and customise the program to You. 

(d) Personal data received from program partners that participate in World360 Rewards 

  • If You accumulate points from, or make a purchase of a service from, loyalty partners, they will share the details of the purchase with World360 Rewards so We can update Your points balance. You can find a list of participating loyalty partners on the World360 Rewards website. Each partner is independently responsible for processing Your personal information. You can find more information on how they handle Your personal data in their respective privacy policies. 

  • We collect browsing data from websites co-branded with World360 Rewards and, for purchases on non co-branded third-party websites accessed via our online marketplace, we also collect information about what product was purchased using cookies – for more information about our use of cookies see the World360 Rewards cookie policy. 

  • If a World360 Rewards branded credit card is issued in connection with World360 Rewards and You are a World360 Rewards Credit Cardholder, We will receive information about You from the financial institution that issued You Your World360 Rewards credit card – including information about specific transactions made with Your card. The transaction information may include: the merchant’s name, location, date and amount of purchase. This information-sharing is described in more detail in the cardholder documents provided with Your World360 Rewards Credit Card. 

  • If You provide a separate consent to link a program partner’s loyalty or marketing program with Your World360 Rewards account, the program partner may share additional information with us as set out in that consent. 

(e) Information collected from social networks 

  • If You use social networks, World360 Rewards may also receive information from Your social network provider. For more information, see Section 3(e) above. 

(f) Information collected from family members 

  • World360 Rewards may collect information on other family members travelling with World360 Rewards members in line with the FCTG Privacy Notice. Where the family member has their own World360 Rewards membership We will be collecting this information.

5. Purposes for which we store, use, and share Your data

We may process Your personal information only if there is a legal basis for doing so. In many cases, Your personal information is needed to operate Your membership, and in those cases, the legal basis is that the processing of Your personal information is reasonably necessary for World360 Rewards’ functions and activities. These functions and activities extend to for instance, combatting fraud, statistical research, or personalising offers and advertising. Likewise, if You have consented to a processing activity, the World360 Rewards program will process Your information based on that consent.

Where We have a legal obligation to process Your data, for example for tax reasons, we will process Your personal information accordingly. If You refuse to share the personal information needed for Us to provide services within the World360 Rewards program to You, or for Us to meet our legal obligations, We may not be able to provide all the services You have requested.

The main purposes for which World360 Rewards processes Your personal data are set out below. 

(a) To manage Your membership in World360 Rewards 

We process Your personal information under Sections 3(a) & (b) to: enrol You in World360 Rewards; maintain Your membership; administer the awarding, accumulation, and redeeming of points; manage Your tier; and to provide You with rewards. Other activities within this general purpose include:

  • Communicate with You to advise You on changes to the program, respond to Your questions, provide service alerts, etc.

  • Improve Your digital experience by managing and enhancing our websites and mobile application functionality, including automatically filling in forms with Your saved contact details, travel preferences, and account information to make booking and account management more convenient. 

  • Provide customer support and assistance, including helping with loyalty program bookings, resolving account inquiries, addressing any complaints, and responding to questions about Our services.

  • Ensure service quality and operational excellence by monitoring customer interactions and recording communications with Our customer service team for training and quality purposes and for dispute resolution.

(b) To maximise the value of Your World360 Rewards membership to You 

We personalise offers for segments of our membership based on Member behaviour, transactions, and other information collected by Us and Our partners. To achieve this, We process Your personal data to:

  • Review patterns in how You earn and use points across different categories to identify which partner programs, deals, special offers, rewards, competitions, products, and services best match Your interests.

  • Apply our insights about what You prefer to create and improve the deals, promotions, rewards, competitions, products, and services we provide to You.

  • Share targeted offers with You regarding point-earning and point-redeeming opportunities, rewards, products, and services from Us and Our partners that are most likely to interest You.

These offers are communicated in multiple ways (such as by email, mobile application, SMS/text messages and Our website).

(c) To improve the World360 Rewards program and provide You with online services, mobile applications, and a seamless digital experience 

We are always seeking to improve upon the World360 Rewards program and digital experience we provide Our Members. To achieve this, We process Your personal information to:

  • Assess the performance and impact of World360 Rewards-related promotional campaigns, Member benefits, content offerings, products, and service initiatives.

  • We reserve the right to track Your interactions with the World360 Rewards program digital platforms and mobile applications to optimise Your user experience through personalised messaging delivered via Your most frequently used channels and devices (see Section 4(e) below).

  • Certain digital services may request access to Your geographical data to identify and display relevant nearby venues or points of interest

(d) For statistical research 

Operating and improving the World360 Rewards program is dependent upon the ability to collect and analyse data of how World360 Rewards Members use Our program and interact with both FCTG and World360 Rewards partners. Actions undertaken include the following:

  • The World360 Rewards program conducts analysis of overall usage patterns across its digital platforms, mobile applications, and social media channels, examining Member behavioural trends and preference data. These analytical insights are leveraged to enhance the World360 Rewards program platform, create superior service offerings and customer propositions, elevate support quality, and optimise the user interface and content across all digital touchpoints.ts. 

  • Where possible and appropriate, the World360 Rewards program will use aggregated and/or pseudonymised data for research and analysis. This will involve taking appropriate measures to strip all directly identifiable elements (e.g. names and e-mail addresses) or encode the data with unattributable numeric designators. We take appropriate measures to ensure World360 Rewards data is only accessible by those World360 Rewards and FCTG employees whose roles require such access (see Section 10 below for more information on how We protect Your data).

(e) For marketing and communication purposes 

When You join the World360 Rewards program you’ll subscribe to receive communications from Us, and will receive customised updates, promotional materials, and offers related to World360 Rewards services as well as those from associated loyalty program participants (see Section 6 below) unless you update your marketing preferences and unsubscribe. If You sign up to World360 Rewards through another FCTG brand, unless you are already opted-out of marketing for that brand You will also be subscribed to marketing for the relevant FCTG brand (in addition to World360 Rewards), in line with the consent notice that will be provided to you on joining. Marketing communications will be delivered through various channels and methods, including:

  • Upon subscribing to World360 Rewards, Members will receive emails from Us regarding account status (including points balance information), program announcements (such as regular newsletters), and customised promotions based on individual interests and behaviour patterns. These promotional materials may cover the World360 Rewards program (like promotional reward opportunities), FCTG (including points-earning and redemption opportunities), and partner company services (such as points opportunities with hospitality providers, car rental agencies, retail outlets, and lifestyle brands).  Members who join World360 Rewards through an FCTG brand will also receive promotional materials from the relevant FCTG brand directly, unless you have opted out of marketing from that FCTG brand.  These communications these will be subject to the privacy notices for these brands – please see the relevant websites to access these.

  • When points are redeemed (through Us or an FCTG brand), communications of the services redeemed (e.g., flight confirmation and updates) will be received. You may also receive communications directly from the vendors who provide Your chosen services (e.g., airlines, hotels, etc.) – these communications are subject to the privacy policies of the service providers. 

  • By displaying relevant information and personalised advertisements on websites. We reserve the right to use Member personal information to suppress advertisements that are no longer applicable or suitable for Members.

  • By delivering targeted marketing content. The World360 Rewards program strives to deliver highly relevant promotional content to Members. This involves utilising and combining personal data categories outlined in Section 3 with research analytics data (see Section 5(d)). For instance, email communications might feature specific hospitality partner promotions based on recent booking activities.

  • The World360 Rewards program may utilise additional communication methods for delivering targeted promotions and exclusive offers, including traditional mail services or, with explicit permission, mobile application notifications, and via social media platforms (such as Messenger or WhatsApp).

Members can unsubscribe from World360 Rewards communications at any time by either updating their marketing preferences in their World360 Rewards account and/or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the relevant promotional communication  which will halt that particular type of communication (service messages will not be impacted by unsubscribing from marketing). You also have the right to object to the use of Your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time (please see Section 11 below).

Unsubscribe requests will be completed within the period permitted by applicable law, but in any event without undue delay. Please note that if a campaign is underway, You may still receive marketing messages shortly after You unsubscribe but before the request is fully actioned.

If You withdraw Your consent to receive these electronic marketing communications, You will continue to receive administrative information related to Your account or changes to our program.

(f) To conduct our business operations or to comply with statutory obligations 

We collect, store, and process Your personal information to administer the World360 Rewards program as well as to meet our own business needs and statutory obligations. Actions include the following:

  • Investigating, detecting and/or preventing fraud, misuse, or other harm to Ourselves and Our systems. World360 Rewards reserves the right to pass evidence of criminal misuse to law enforcement and to instigate civil actions when the World360 Rewards program, FCTG or Our partners suffer harm as the result of the activities of World360 Rewards Members.

  • Complying with Our with legal and tax obligations.

  • Business record-keeping purposes.

  • The investigation and settling of disputes with World360 Rewards Members.

  • To fulfil any other purposes to which You may consent, or as permitted or required by applicable law.

(G) (Other purposes) Specific services, applications, events, contests, or campaigns 

For specific interactions, services, mobile applications, events, contests or campaigns, We may process Your personal information in ways other than those described in this Privacy Notice. Should this occur, We will inform You about this when You register for the other purpose service offering, and prior to the collection of this information.

6. Who we share Your data with

The World360 Rewards program may share Your personal data with third parties in the following cases:

(a) Sharing within Flight Centre Travel Group 

World360 Rewards is operated by FCTG Leisure Pty Ltd, which is part of FCTG. Outside of any redemption available through Our program partners, You will be redeeming Your points through FCTG entities. To facilitate this operational collaboration, personal information from World360 Rewards will be shared with brands in FCTG. This information sharing extends to data derived from Your actions within the World360 Rewards program, including for example Your interests, preferences and purchasing patterns. FCTG companies will then use that personal information to develop and promote World360 Rewards and to better tailor Your related offers – giving You more opportunities to earn points and to receive rewards that are more likely to be of interest to You.  

(b) Sharing with program partners 

World360 Rewards operates through strategic information sharing with external program partners. The term "program partners" refers to third-party organisations that are separate from World360 Rewards or FCTG brands (information sharing between/within World360 Rewards and FCTG is addressed in Section 6(a)).

Personal information of World360 Rewards Members is shared with program partners when required to process earning and redemption activities, including Your name, contact details, and points balance – this includes instances where You utilise Your rewards program login credentials on partner platforms or mobile applications.

We may disclose details regarding Your World360 Rewards participation or Your general characteristics to the partners You are a customer with. This enables Us  to present targeted partner offers that facilitate points earning or redemption opportunities, deliver Member-exclusive benefits or privileges, or utilise the information for additional purposes outlined in their respective privacy policies. Such shared information may include Your contact details, membership tier, enrolment duration, geographic region, age bracket, and confirmation that You completed a minimum threshold of transactions within specific partner categories during designated timeframes. 

Personal information may be disclosed to partners when necessary to resolve customer service matters or as authorised by applicable law (including fraud detection and prevention activities).

Should You provide explicit consent to connect a program partner's loyalty or marketing initiative with Your World360 Rewards account, additional information may be shared with that partner according to the terms specified in Your consent agreement.

For World360 Rewards program credit cardholders, personal information received from Your financial institutions will not be shared with program partners without Your explicit separate authorisation. 

Program partners are bound (either legally or contractually) to adhere to privacy legislation when collecting, protecting, and otherwise processing World360 Rewards Member personal information. While We implement reasonable measures to ensure partners maintain appropriate privacy standards, these partners ultimately control the personal information we provide to them and bear direct responsibility for their privacy practices. Nevertheless, We welcome any concerns regarding partner privacy practices, which may be submitted via email to the contact points set out in Section 12 below.

(c) Sharing with social media platforms 

We may provide identifying data – such as Your encrypted email address – to social media platforms to deliver targeted promotional content through their services. These promotions enable points earning or redemption opportunities, and/or provide other membership-related benefits or privileges.

(d) Sharing with the World360 Rewards credit card partner in future 

World360 Rewards may collaborate with a banking partner in the future to offer a co-branded credit card.  If this collaboration occurs, it is intended that this financial product will provide Our Members with enhanced point-earning potential through daily purchases, plus additional travel rewards and perks. If a co-branded credit card does eventuate, World360 Rewards will likely need to share specific personal information with the card-issuing financial institution, including:

  • Your general point-earning and spending patterns (including relative points balance, earning and redemption frequency, recent promotional participation, and spending categories such as travel or retail purchases). 

  • data regarding Your utilization of rewards program benefits and services linked to Your co-branded credit card.

  • Your communication preferences and basic demographic information (including enrollment date and age classification).

The financial institution may utilise this personal information (combined with their own customer information) for market research purposes and to develop enhanced offers for rewards program Members relating to co-branded credit card marketing and other financial service promotions.

Given that the World360 Rewards program operates as the official loyalty initiative for FCTG, FCTG will also maintain access to Your World360 Rewards credit card data, including transaction records related to the program. Entities within FCTG may also receive relevant insights derived from Your credit card usage, such as preferences for specific travel experiences or related spending patterns with particular travel providers.

This data may only be utilised to enable FCTG companies to market their offerings to You (in accordance with applicable laws), and (when anonymised) to enhance their products, services, and operations – all designed to maximise the value of the World360 Rewards program and FCTG benefits for You. This information is never used for alternative purposes or further shared without Your explicit consent or as permitted or mandated by law. 

If the co-branded credit card is offered,  additional details regarding it and the relevant financial institution’s privacy practices will be available on the relevant financial institution’s website. 

(e) Transfers to our service providers 

We may transmit Your personal data to third-party processors and service providers who assist Us in executing the activities outlined in this Privacy Notice. These processors handle World360 Rewards personal information for specific purposes and are bound by privacy commitments within their service agreements with Us. These obligations encompass adherence to applicable privacy legislation, protection of World360 Rewards program Member personal information, and processing such data solely under our instructions for authorised purposes.

(f) Third-party websites 

The World360 Rewards website and application may contain links to third-party websites. If You follow those links, You will leave Our website or application. This privacy notice does not apply to the websites of third parties. For more information on how they handle Your personal information, please check their privacy or cookie policies (if available).

(g) Other types of sharing 

We may disclose Your personal information to additional third parties when required to fulfill other objectives for which You have provided consent, or as authorised or mandated by governing law. For instance, We may be required to share personal data with law enforcement authorities during fraud investigations.

For particular services, applications, events, competitions, or promotional activities, the World360 Rewards program may transmit Your data to third parties beyond those detailed in this Privacy Notice, such as when coordinating a promotional campaign or event in partnership with a program partner. We will notify You of such sharing when You enrol for the service, event, competition, or campaign, or download Our mobile application.

7. What are Your choices when it comes to this data

(a) Withdrawing consent to the processing of Your personal information 

If You desire to opt out of certain collections, uses, or disclosures of Your personal information by World360 Rewards, please reach out to Us, either via the World360 Rewards loyalty support team or by contacting the World360 Rewards data protection team (see Section 12 "How do You ask questions or raise privacy concern"). Please be aware that We may not be able to honour withdrawal requests from certain collections, uses, and disclosures that are fundamental to Our program operations. In such circumstances, Your best alternative may be to close Your Member account in the World360 Rewards program and to make a Subject Access Request under Section 12 of this Privacy Notice.

(b) Changing browser or device settings 

We use cookies, tags, scripts, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on Our websites and Our mobile applications to help administer them, improve Your experience, and improve the World360 Rewards program. For more information on how We use these technologies, including how You can manage certain of these technologies, see Our cookie policy.

8. Where do we keep Your data

We generally store, access and use personal information at the FCTG offices in Brisbane, and at our data centres in Australia and Canada.

Some of Our service providers may access, use or store Your personal information outside Australia. The laws of those other countries will then apply to that information, including laws that may permit or require disclosing that information to government, courts and law enforcement. 

Please contact Our World360 Rewards program partners directly if You have questions on where they process Your personal information. Similarly, when You spend points on travel services (i.e., flights, accommodation, etc.) please contact the individual service providers for information on where they process their personal information if You have questions about their processing.

9. International data transfers

We may transfer Your personal data to countries other than Your country of residence. This is only done in compliance with applicable privacy laws and after the necessary assessments, transfer mechanisms, and adequate safeguards are in place to ensure compliance with these laws. Note that the laws of the countries to which the World360 Rewards program and FCTG may transfer Your personal data to facilitate Your requested travel services may not always offer the same level of personal data protection as Your country of residence.

10. How is Your World360 Rewards information protected by Us, and how long is it retained

(a) The security measures taken

Neither the World360 Rewards program nor FCTG are responsible for any program partner or third-party’s actions or their security controls with respect to information that partner and third-parties may collect or process via their websites, services or otherwise.

(b) How to protect Yourself 

Personal data security and confidentiality relies on everyone following best practices. When setting up and running your World360 Rewards membership, You should not provide Us with an email account that You share with another person – if You do, any email communications (including log-in verification code messages) sent to that email account would be accessible to the linked individual.

We also recommend that You consistently log out of Your profile and social media accounts (particularly when accounts are linked), and close Your browser window upon completing Your session, especially when using public computers.

Furthermore, We strongly advise against distributing to third parties any documentation issued by World360 Rewards containing Your personal information or membership-related details, or posting these materials on social media platforms. If You choose to share these documents on social networks, You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of service, information security protocols, and privacy policies governing these third-party social media platforms. Our World360 Rewards program cannot be held accountable for how data is processed, stored, or disclosed on these external platforms. In addition, Our World360 Rewards program cannot be held liable for data theft occurring on platforms not under Our management.

(c) Management of security incidents and data breaches 

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as ‘zero risk’ and even if Our World360 Rewards program implement all the security measures recognised as appropriate, unforeseen things can happen. We have specific procedures and resources in place to manage security incidents should they occur.

Our World360 Rewards program has established specific protocols for evaluating potential security breaches that could result in accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to Your personal information. These protocols include notifying relevant regulatory authorities within legally mandated timeframes and alerting You when a breach may pose significant risk to Your rights and freedoms. Regular testing is conducted to verify the effectiveness of security systems and the adequacy of implemented procedures and safeguards.

Please be aware that when Your personal information is collected by third parties, such as program partners, it will be maintained according to those third parties' privacy policies and data retention requirements.

(d) Retention 

We keep Your personal information only for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or a longer period if permitted or required by law. When this information is no longer needed, such personal information is either anonymized or deleted/destroyed using secure methods.   

You may request a deletion of Your personal information at any time (Privacy Deletion) by following the process in Section 12 below. If you do so, then we will only keep your personal information for a period of thirty-six (36) months following your Privacy Deletion request. 

If you delete your World360 Rewards account, you will be able to reactivate it at any time, except where you originally requested a Privacy Deletion in which case you will only be able to reactivate your World360 Rewards account within thirty-six (36) months of your Privacy Deletion request. If you wish to rejoin after thirty-six (36) months, then you will need to open a new World360 Rewards account.

11. What rights do You have over Your World360 Rewards program personal information

You may contact the World360 Rewards data protection team (see Section 12 below) to exercise any of the rights You are granted under applicable data protection laws, including Your: (a) right to be informed, (b) right of access, (c) right of rectification, and (d) right to withdraw consent. Please note that these rights are often qualified. Where there are exceptions or limitations to these rights, both the World360 Rewards program and FCTG reserve the right to apply these restrictions and qualifications in line with applicable privacy laws. World360 Rewards and FCTG will action any requests to exercise Your rights within the timeframe specified under applicable privacy laws.   

(a) Right to be informed  

You have the right to be informed about the collection of Your personal information. The primary objective of this Privacy Notice is to help meet this right to inform You of how Your personal information will be processed under the World360 Rewards program.  

(b) Right to access 

You have the right to request and receive access to the personal information processed by Us under the World360 Rewards program.

You have the right to request to have Your data rectified if it is inaccurate, out‑of‑date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.
