These Terms were last updated on 23 November 2025.
All the Terms are important, so it’s a good idea to review them all. But to make things easier, here are a few of the key terms that you should know:
Clauses 1.2(n)–1.2(p):
Say that we can collect and handle Your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice;
Explain that You consent to receiving marketing and promotional communications from Us and partners as part of Your World360 Rewards membership, and how You can update Your marketing consent; and
Set out limitations on Our liability to You generally.
Clause 1.2(j) explains when points expire.
Clause 1.3 sets out Our ability to change these Terms and the benefits and rewards available.
Clause 2.1 sets out who can become a World360 Rewards Member.
Clause 2.2 explains Membership types and when a Member Plus Membership Year will renew automatically.
Clause 2.6 outlines the circumstances in which Your membership may be terminated or suspended.
Clause 3.3 explains how You can report any missing or incorrect points.
Clause 4.2 sets out the online products that cannot be redeemed with points.
Clause 5 sets out Our change and cancellation fees, including when they apply and how they are calculated.
Clause 7 explains the World360 Rewards Marketplace and how points can be earned from purchases with Marketplace Vendors.
(a) FCTG Leisure Pty Ltd ABN 36 682 731 577 (referred to as we, us, our) operates and provides the World360 Rewards loyalty program (referred to as World360 Rewards) in accordance with these terms (Terms).
(b) If you join World360 Rewards, you will become a Member of our program (Member or you). If you register as a Member or otherwise attempt to collect, access or enjoy any benefits made available to Members under the program, you accept these Terms which will become an agreement between you and us, and they will apply to you in respect of World360 Rewards.
(c) The laws of Queensland, Australia apply to these Terms and they are effective from 24 November 2025. Any time and/or date calculations will be made by reference to Queensland time.
(d) These Terms may change so it is important that you check them from time to time. We will also notify you of any changes to these Terms and conditions in line with section 1.3 below.
^ Back to top(a) World360 Rewards enables Members to earn points (points) in various ways as set out in these Terms. Upon earning points, Members can use them to either:
(b) In establishing World360 Rewards, we have engaged with various third-party partners to design a program that presents real value to our Members. Our partners are broken into various groups:
(collectively referred to as World360 Rewards Partners).
(c) Section 7 of these Terms explains the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace and how Members can earn points by making purchases through the platform. You should ensure that you review any points earn offer details specified in the World360 Rewards Marketplace carefully so as to ensure that you complete a qualifying purchase and earn points.
(d) Where goods and services are provided to a Member by a World360 Rewards Partner, the Member will enter into separate terms and conditions with the relevant World360 Rewards Partner in relation to those goods and services. The goods and services are provided to the Member directly and we are not a party to those separate terms and conditions. Subject to applicable law (including the ACL), we are not responsible for the goods and/or services provided by any World360 Rewards Partner.
(e) We may receive a referral fee and/or other financial benefits from World360 Rewards Partners in connection with your purchase of goods and/or services from the relevant World360 Rewards Partner.
(f) The goods and services provided by World360 Rewards Partners to Members will change from time to time and are subject to availability, which in some instances may be very limited availability. We make no representation in respect of, nor do we have any control over, the availability of those goods and services.
(g) Where a Member redeems a Reward or makes an Eligible Booking (as set out in these Terms), the standard booking terms and conditions of the relevant Related Participating Travel Brand (including without limitation terms and conditions relating to cancellation and or changes to bookings) distributing the Reward or Eligible Booking and the relevant Redemption Partner (as relevant), in addition to these Terms, will apply.
(h) If you have a Member Plus membership, you will be invited to select three (3) Bonus Benefits at the commencement of your membership and these will be made available to you (by a World360 Rewards Partner) for the duration of your current Membership Year (defined later in section 2.2(b) of these Terms).
(i) We may from time to time agree with our World360 Rewards Partners or Related Participating Travel Brands to offer bonus points or special offers to some or all Members. These offers are usually only available for a limited time and may require you to meet eligibility requirements and associated terms and conditions (including a maximum number of offer(s) per Member) that will be made available with the relevant offer.
(j) We will allocate points earned from Points Earn Transactions in accordance with these Terms. It’s your responsibility to check that you’ve been allocated points that you believe you have earned and/or other Member benefits. There are time periods within which missing points must be claimed as set out in section 3.3 of these Terms. If you don’t contact us within these timeframes, we may not be able to assist you in crediting missing points.
(k) A Member’s points balance, however earned, will expire 36 calendar months after the Member’s last Points Earn Transaction (as set out later in section 3.1(b) of these Terms) excluding any Passive Earn Activities. We will notify you through the email address recorded in your World360 Rewards Account three (3) months prior to this date.
(l) A Member can end their membership by following the processes set out in section 2.7 of these Terms.
(m) In accordance with our Privacy Notice and subject to applicable law, we will delete your World360 Rewards Account and any records of your membership if you request us to do so.
(n) You must comply with these Terms. If you do not do so, we reserve the right to take appropriate action including the termination of your membership.
(o) In the course of operating World360 Rewards and providing Member benefits, we collect and handle your personal information. This assists us (i) in the membership joining process, (ii) to allocate Member benefits, (iii) to promote services and products offered by us, our Related Participating Travel Brands and World360 Rewards Partners, and (iv) to provide a customised experience when you interact with World360 Rewards. You can read more about how we collect and handle your personal information, including sharing with others, in our Privacy Notice.
(p) By joining World360 Rewards (via the World360 Rewards App), you agree to our Privacy Notice and consent to receive offers and alerts from us (and World360 Rewards Partners and our Related Participating Travel Brands that we may send you) by email, text message or other digital service (e.g. World360 Rewards App), phone or post, subject to our Privacy Notice and obligations under applicable laws. If you have joined World360 Rewards via a Related Participating Travel Brand App, in addition to the above you will also have consented to receiving offers and alerts directly from the relevant Related Participating Travel Brand unless you have previously opted out of receiving these communications.
(q) You can read more about our marketing practices in our Privacy Notice, including how to manage marketing communications preferences. You can unsubscribe from our marketing contact list at any time using the “unsubscribe” facility in our electronic messages or by managing your contact preferences through your World360 Rewards Account. If you choose to unsubscribe from a particular marketing channel, then you will not receive promotional communications and/or Member special offers from that marketing channel.
(r) The ACL provides consumers with statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Subject to your rights under the ACL and to the maximum extent allowed by law, we and our related companies, including Flight Centre Travel Group Limited, and their officers, employees, agents, exclude liability to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including economic loss, loss of profits and loss of opportunity), damage, claim or expense, you may suffer in connection with these Terms or World360 Rewards generally, except for where liability arises due to our own wilful misconduct, fraud or gross negligence.
^ Back to top(a) We may need to change these Terms from time to time. We’ll act reasonably in making any such changes, including by providing reasonable notice to you by publishing any changes to the Terms on www.world360rewards.com and sending notice to the email address recorded in your World360 Rewards Account.
(b) Changes to these Terms may include (but will not be limited to):
(c) It’s important that you understand that Member benefits and features of World360 Rewards available pursuant to these Terms will change over time. It is possible that some benefits and/or features may cease to be available at all or will only be available in a substantially modified form. We'll act reasonably in making any such changes (where, for completeness, what is reasonable will depend on the circumstances).
(d) Where we can control the timing of a change to the Member benefits and features, we will give you reasonable notice on www.world360rewards.com before the change starts applying. If the change involves a change to:
(i) points earn rates for eligible Points Earn Transactions – i.e. the number of points you earn on a Points Earn Transaction(s); or
(ii) points redemption rates – i.e. how many points it will take to redeem a Reward or Eligible Booking,
we will also provide reasonable notice by sending notice to the email address recorded in your World360 Rewards Account.
(e) Sometimes we can’t control the timing of a change (e.g. where a World360 Rewards Partner makes a unilateral change to their goods and/or services which in turn requires us to make a change to World360 Rewards that impacts Members). If this happens, we’ll try to give you reasonable notice of these changes on www.world360rewards.com before they start applying (where, for completeness, what notice is reasonable will depend on the circumstances).
(f) We also can’t guarantee that any World360 Rewards Partner(s) will continue to be a part of World360 Rewards forever or for a definitive time. If we:
(i) make a change that we consider is significant change to our World360 Rewards Partners (e.g. a popular World360 Rewards Partner decides to no longer engage with World360 Rewards) in addition to publishing the change on www.world360rewards.com, we’ll also send notice to the email address recorded in your World360 Rewards Account; or
(ii) make a change to our World360 Rewards Partners that we consider isn’t significant (e.g. a change to a World360 Rewards Partner that isn’t popular) whilst we will publish the change on www.world360rewards.com, you may not receive a direct communication to your email address.
(a) You must act fairly and reasonably when you deal with us and our World360 Rewards Partners. We’ll act fairly and reasonably when we deal with you as a Member and comply with these Terms. If you have any questions about these Terms or would like to make a complaint about World360 Rewards, you can contact World360 Rewards Member Support at support@world360rewards.com.
(b) Any complaints or issues about products or services provided by a World360 Rewards Partner (other than a Redemption Partner) should be raised with the relevant partner directly. Subject to applicable law (including the ACL), we take no responsibility for any complaints and/or issues arising from goods or services supplied by World360 Rewards Partners in connection with this program.
(c) Any complaints or issues about a product or service provided by a Redemption Partner can be raised directly with that relevant Redemption Partner or the relevant Related Participating Travel Brand that facilitated the booking (which will provide assistance in accordance with its standard booking terms and conditions).
^ Back to top(a) We may choose to shut down World360 Rewards and upon that shut down, your membership and agreement with us will end. If we choose to shut down World360 Rewards, we’ll do our best to give you at least 6 months’ notice of this by an announcement on www.world360rewards.com and by notice to the email address recorded in your World360 Rewards Account.
(b) We’ll act reasonably when considering what actions are appropriate and reasonable in the event World360 Rewards is shut down.
^ Back to top(a) This is only a short summary of your rights under the ACL. For more information, visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s website at www.accc.gov.au, or talk to an independent legal representative.
(b) Your World360 Rewards membership is subject to these Terms and any applicable laws, including the ACL. If any provision of these Terms is void, illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the Terms will be read down to the extent necessary to ensure they are not void, illegal, invalid or unenforceable.
(c) In Australia, you have certain rights under the ACL, which include guarantees that come with your purchase of products and/or services (Consumer Guarantees). Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees are separate from, and in addition to these Terms and the terms which govern how products and services are provided to you by World360 Rewards Partners.
(d) Where we fail to provide services to you in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedies under the ACL. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable costs that you incur because of the failure.
(e) These Terms do not exclude or limit the application of the Consumer Guarantees in the ACL or any other statutory rights that you may have under applicable laws that cannot be excluded or limited. Where there is an inconsistency between these Terms and an applicable law, the applicable law will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
^ Back to top(a) A Member must:
(i) be 18 years old and an individual;
(ii) have an Australian residential address;
(iii) not already have a World360 Rewards Account;
(iv) complete the signup process by providing all requested information and agreeing to these Terms. If a Member holds a passport, it is best to make sure World360 Rewards details match passport details; and
(v) have an application for membership accepted by us.
(b) Membership eligibility is at our discretion (e.g. if we’ve ended your membership previously, we may not let you sign up again). If we accept your application, you’ll become a Member and receive a unique membership (your World360 Rewards Membership Number). When you provide an email address, we’ll usually send a confirmation email as soon as we accept your application.
(c) Membership is not open to families, groups, companies, trusts, partnerships, other entities, government departments, agencies, animals or inanimate objects.
(d) Each Member may have only one World360 Rewards Account and membership is not transferrable (except as may be permitted by these Terms).
^ Back to top(a) Upon joining World360 Rewards, you become a Member (our free membership tier).
(b) Membership is provided on a recurring twelve (12) month basis (Membership Year) and is administered in accordance with these Terms.
(c) Details of the benefits associated with membership are set out on www.world360rewards.com
(d) Members can elect to upgrade to the Member Plus membership type at any time by paying the relevant yearly membership fee (as set out on www.world360rewards.com). A Member Plus Membership Year commences on the date that the yearly membership fee is paid and auto-renews for recurring twelve (12) month periods unless the Member opts out of doing so before the renewal. We will provide you with reasonable notice prior to the auto-renewal of your Member Plus Membership Year. At the end of each Member Plus Membership Year, the yearly membership fee will be deducted from the payment details initially provided by the Member, unless the Member has cancelled the auto-renewal of their Member Plus membership before the renewal. It is the relevant Member’s responsibility to ensure that the Member Plus yearly membership fee is paid at the end of each Membership Year failing which the relevant membership will revert to the free membership tier.
(e) Upon joining the Member Plus membership type, you will have the ability to select from various Bonus Benefits that will be made available to you for the period of your Member Plus Membership Year only. We recommend that you select your Bonus Benefits as soon as possible (upon joining or renewing):
(f) At any time via a Member’s World360 Rewards Account, a Member may revert to the free membership tier or request an Account Closure and/or a Privacy Deletion (see section 2.7(a) of these Terms). Subject to your rights under the ACL which cannot be excluded, no refund will be provided in relation to Member Plus membership fees already paid, unless there are extenuating circumstances which we will consider on a case-by-case basis.

(i) comply with these Terms and not breach any of your obligations under them;
(ii) not engage in misleading, dishonest or fraudulent behaviour in any way connected with your membership or Member benefits (or anyone else’s membership or Member benefits);
(iii) not engage in unreasonable or unruly behaviour in any way connected with your membership or Member benefits (e.g. when travelling on a Redemption Partner flight, staying in a Redemption Partner hotel or travelling on a Redemption Partner tour or cruise or dealing with any of our World360 Rewards Partners’ staff or agents);
(iv) give us truthful and accurate information, when you join and throughout your membership, and all information and documents we reasonably require (e.g. to verify eligibility for Member benefits); and
(v) keep your World360 Rewards Membership Number and credentials secure and confidential and let us know as soon as you can if you know or are concerned about unauthorised use.
^ Back to top(a) Your World360 Rewards Account is accessible via the World360 Rewards App or the Related Participating Travel Brand’s website or app, and contains details of your membership, available Member benefits and World360 Rewards related activity.
(b) We will allocate points earned from Points Earn Transactions in accordance with these Terms. Please check your World360 Rewards Account regularly to confirm that Member benefits (including points) have been properly allocated. There are timeframes within which points earned on Points Earn Transactions will be shown in your World360 Rewards Account, which may differ for each World360 Rewards Partner. These are set out in clause 3.2(g) of these Terms. You can login and access your World360 Rewards Account through the World360 Rewards App or the Related Participating Travel Brand’s website or app, using your World360 Rewards Membership Number and credentials.
(c) You can also access your World360 Rewards Account by contacting World360 Rewards Member Support at support@world360rewards.com We’ll ask you security questions and you’ll need to answer them correctly before you can access your World360 Rewards Account. We’re not responsible for any dealings with your World360 Rewards Account or membership if you give any of these details to a third party.
(d) You can update your details (other than name and date of birth) through the World360 Rewards App, the Related Participating Travel Brand’s website or app, or by contacting World360 Rewards Member Support at support@world360rewards.com You can ask to change your name or correct an error in your date of birth by emailing copies of supporting documentation to us. Please see the FAQs for more information.
(e) We will carry out a request made by executors or administrators of a Member’s estate to transfer the Member’s points to another World360 Rewards Account in accordance with the Member’s will or applicable intestacy laws. Executors and administrators need to contact us within twelve (12) months of the Member having passed away and provide appropriate documentation.
(f) You can’t sell, transfer or otherwise deal with your or someone else’s points or other Member benefits in a way not permitted by these Terms. Your Member benefits aren’t transferable except in the limited circumstances set out in these Terms.
^ Back to top(a) It is your responsibility to keep secure any information that might identify you and allow access to your World360 Rewards Account. You must contact us as soon as possible if you believe that your World360 Rewards Account may have been misused or if you accidentally reveal your login credentials to a third party. Until you contact us, you will be liable for all unauthorised use of your World360 Rewards Membership Number or benefits, that is caused by you..
(b) If you notify us of unauthorised use of your World360 Rewards Account or we think your World360 Rewards Account may have been compromised, we may require you to create a new World360 Rewards Account or change your World360 Rewards Account details (or both). We may suspend your membership until your new World360 Rewards Account has been created or your details are changed. If a new World360 Rewards Account is created, points from your previous World360 Rewards Account can be transferred to your new World360 Rewards Account.
^ Back to top(a) If we reasonably suspect you’ve materially breached these Terms, we may take appropriate action accounting for the nature of the relevant breach, including:
(b) Other than as set out below, if we are considering ending your membership because you have breached these Terms, we’ll give you at least 14 days’ prior notice requesting that you remedy any breach (if it can be remedied) and asking you to explain why we should not end your membership. If you provide a response to us, we will review your response carefully and will take it into account in making our decision. We may elect to suspend your membership while we investigate an alleged breach of these Terms.
(c) Circumstances in which we may consider it reasonable to immediately suspend your membership without notice include (without limitation) if we:
(i) identify or suspect potentially fraudulent or dishonest activity in connection with your World360 Rewards Account; or
(ii) suspect you’ve dealt with or attempted to deal with benefits other than in accordance with these Terms (e.g. you’ve attempted to sell, transfer or otherwise deal with your or someone else’s points or other benefits in a way not permitted by these Terms).
^ Back to top(a) A Member can unsubscribe from World360 Rewards and close their World360 Rewards Account at any time by either:
(b) Once an Account Closure or a Privacy Deletion request is executed, the relevant Member will no longer earn or be able to access their points or Member benefits and their World360 Rewards Account will cease to auto-renew.
(c) If a Member later choses to rejoin World360 Rewards, they will be able to reactivate their World360 Rewards Account at any time (and access points that have not otherwise expired) except where the Member originally requested a Privacy Deletion in which case they will only be able to reactivate their World360 Rewards Account within thirty-six (36) months of the relevant deletion request. If these Members wish to rejoin after thirty-six (36) months, then they will need to open a new World360 Rewards Account.
^ Back to top(a) As a Member you will earn points where you complete a Points Earn Transaction. You can also buy points following the process set out in section 3.2(k) below.
(b) Points Earn Transactions include each of the following:
(i) you make and complete a travel booking with one of our Related Participating Travel Brands, paying using any available payment method provided (including by using a Related Participating Travel Brand’s issued gift card and/or points + pay) (Eligible Booking);
(ii) we issue you with additional points in connection with certain promotions, activities and actions across World360 Rewards, for example:
(A) your participation in World360 Rewards App competitions or games;
(B) your participation in program masterclasses; or
(C) you upgrade to, or renew so as to retain the Member Plus membership type;
(iii) you elect to convert non-World360 Rewards points that you have earned from certain Conversion Partner loyalty program points into points (in accordance with any specific terms and conditions that we may provide);
(iv) you buy eligible goods and or services from a World360 Rewards Partner for which points are allocated to your membership; or
(v) you refer someone to become a Member.
(c) The following are not Points Earn Transactions (and you will not earn points for these activities):
(i) bookings made with Flight Centre Business Travel;
(ii) the payment of any service fees (or the like), merchant fees or card fees in connection with an Eligible Booking or Reward;
(iii) the payment of any change or cancellation fees in relation to an Eligible Booking;
(iv) the transaction through which you purchase points, which we may facilitate in the future as set out in section 3.2(k) (although the points you purchase will be added to your World360 Rewards Account);
(v) the purchase of a gift card from a Related Participating Travel Brand;
(vi) the redemption of Rewards in the Rewards Store;
(vii) the issue of complimentary tickets or any other product marked by us, or our World360 Rewards Partners, as excluding points earned;
(viii) the payment for an Eligible Booking by using credit extended by a Related Participating Travel Brand;
(ix) the payment for an Eligible Booking by using credit extended by a Related Participating Travel Brand and/or supplier which arises from a prior Eligible Booking that was cancelled and in respect of which you have already been awarded points;
(x) bookings that are fully paid prior to 25 November 2025, irrespective of whether such a booking is changed after 25 November 2025.
(d) Our current Related Participating Travel Brands are:
(i) Flight Centre (online and in store);
(ii) Travel Associates (in store only) (not including the Excluded TA Agencies); and
(iii) Cruiseabout (in store only), (collectively the Related Participating Travel Brands).
(e) We may change our Related Participating Travel Brands from time to time and will update these Terms to reflect any such changes, subject to section 1.3(a).
(f) Points do not have a cash value. They cannot be converted to cash (and are in no way intended to be a form of personal property or currency). They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged other than in accordance with these Terms. Any price displayed in connection with the purchase of points (as set out later in section 3.2(k) of these Terms) does not represent any monetary value for points.
(g) Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem them to (i) book Rewards from the World360 Rewards Store and/or (ii) contribute towards an Eligible Booking.
(h) Points Earn Transactions may vary depending on your membership type. You should check relevant earn details on www.world360rewards.com prior to making a Points Earn Transaction.
^ Back to top(a) Where requested, you’ll need to add your World360 Rewards Membership Number to Points Earn Transactions to ensure that points are allocated to your World360 Rewards Account.
(b) You should make sure that your name and World360 Rewards Membership Number recorded against your Points Earn Transaction matches your World360 Rewards Account details, or you may miss out on earning points.
(c) Subject to section 3.3(b)(ii) below, where an Eligible Booking comprises:
(i) an airfare or airfare associated ancillaries (Airfare Product), each Member that is a traveller for that booking will earn points on the Airfare Product; or
(ii) any product that is not an Airfare Product, only the Lead Traveller making the Eligible Booking (provided they are a Member) will earn points in relation to the non-airfare components of the Eligible Booking.
(d) Your points earned for an Eligible Booking will be based on the product type that you purchase. This means that any subsequent free upgrade that you may secure from a supplier (for example by using third-party supplier loyalty program points) will not change your points that you earn in World360 Rewards.
(e) If a discount has been applied to your Eligible Booking, the number of points that you earn on the Eligible Booking will differ depending upon whether the discount is applied to either (i) the whole Eligible Booking, or (ii) only one component of the Eligible Booking (e.g. only to Airfare Products).
(f) You won’t earn points for any Eligible Booking that isn’t paid in full, flown, availed or travelled (as applicable) or that is otherwise refunded or cancelled.
(g) Subject to sections 3.2(h) and 3.2(i) below, we do our best to allocate points earned from Points Earn Transactions within 7 business days of the relevant transaction having been completed or (where the Points Earn Transaction relates to an Eligible Booking) the relevant travel booking having availed. For complex bookings (e.g. a group booking), allocation of points may take longer than 7 days (but if you have not been allocated your points after 10 days, then please make a retrospective claim for those points per section 3.3). In some circumstances, points earned with World360 Rewards Partners may take longer to show in your World360 Rewards Account, and could take up to 8-10 weeks.
(h) We won’t allocate points, and we can reverse any points allocation, for any Points Earn Transaction which has been cancelled, refunded or where products or services are returned or aren’t supplied. If such points have already been redeemed by you, this may result in you having a negative points balance. Any new points earned or credited will be automatically applied to offset the negative points balance until it is cleared. Until then, you will not be able to redeem points for Rewards or Eligible Bookings.
(i) We can reverse any allocation of points if they have been allocated in error or if you are not entitled to them (in accordance with these Terms).
(j) A Points Earn Transaction with a World360 Rewards Partner may also entitle you to earn points under the loyalty program of the relevant World360 Rewards Partner. Any such eligibility will be subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the World360 Rewards Partner. Your earning of such points with a World360 Rewards Partner will not impact your points earn under these Terms.
(k) We may facilitate the purchasing of points in the future. Where we do so, the following rules will apply:
(i) you can buy a minimum of 1,000 points at a time, as many times as you like, up to a maximum of 2,000,000 points in a calendar year. For example, if a Member purchases 50,000 points on 1 November 2025, then that Member can purchase up to 1,950,000 points for the remainder of the calendar year, being until 31 December 2025;
(ii) points purchased will be allocated to the World360 Rewards Account of the Member buying them;
(iii) prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. The applicable price will be the price published at the time you buy the points;
(iv) you’re responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution in connection with any transactions associated with your purchase of points;
(v) points purchased can be used to redeem a Reward or make an Eligible Booking; and
(vi) once you buy points, the amount paid is non-refundable (unless you’re entitled to a refund under the ACL).
^ Back to top(a) If you have an enquiry about a Points Earn Transaction (e.g. you think the points you’ve been allocated are wrong or you haven’t been allocated points) or you want to make a retrospective earn claim in relation to a Points Earn Transaction (if available), you can locate details about how to do this via www.world360rewards.com or contact World360 Rewards Member Support.
(b) In relation to retrospective claims:
(i) if you were a Member at the time of the relevant Points Earn Transaction, you have six (6) months from the date the relevant transaction is either (A) completed (for transactions that are not Eligible Bookings); or (B) Availed (for transactions that are Eligible Bookings) to claim your missing points; or
(ii) if you were not a Member at the time of the relevant Points Earn Transaction, you must become a Member within thirty (30) days from the date of the relevant transaction and then complete a claim for your missing points within six (6) months from the date that the relevant transaction is either (A) completed (for transactions that are not Eligible Bookings); or (B) Availed (for transactions that are Eligible Bookings).
(c) We will assess all retrospective claims received and assess a claimant’s entitlement to points against these Terms.
(d) We may not be able to help you with your enquiry (i.e. you may miss out on earning points) if it isn’t made within the above timeframes.
^ Back to top(a) As a Member, you will have access to the World360 Rewards Store (Rewards Store) which is filled with many exciting travel experiences and ancillary products and “money can’t buy” offers (if you have a Member Plus membership) for you to choose from (Rewards), made available by our Related Participating Travel Brands and Redemption Partners. You can access the Rewards Store via the World360 Rewards App.
(b) Rewards can be redeemed by:
(i) requesting to redeem the Reward in the Rewards Store and having the redemption confirmed to you by a World360 Rewards Redemption Expert; and
(ii) surrendering either:
(A) for points only Rewards, the correct number of points specified in the Rewards Store against the relevant Reward; or
(B) for ‘fast track’ Rewards, the correct number of points and paying any cash component associated with the Reward, which may also be satisfied by paying with points.
(c) Rewards are:
(i) available to all Members, however there are some exclusive Rewards that may only be available to the Member Plus membership type;
(ii) updated on an ongoing basis; and
(iii) subject to availability, seasonality, the Related Participating Travel Brand’s booking terms and conditions and the booking terms and conditions of the relevant Redemption Partner.
(d) Pursuant to section 1.3, we may, acting reasonably, make changes from time to time to these Terms and the Member benefits and features available pursuant to these Terms, including the Rewards that are available and the way in which Rewards are redeemed. For example, we will always try to provide you with reasonable notice (in accordance with these Terms) where we:
(i) materially limit the times when Rewards will be available;
(ii) withdraw, cancel, substitute, or in any way change a Reward previously advertised as being available for a specified time period in the Rewards Store; or
(iii) supply a substitute a comparable Reward that is different from the Reward a Member has already redeemed, with the relevant Member’s consent. If you don’t consent to the substitution, we’ll refund the points used to Redeem that Reward.
(e) If you have queries or complaints about the quality or otherwise of a Reward, these can be raised with either the relevant Redemption Partner or Related Participating Travel Brand through whom the Reward was redeemed (who will assist in accordance with its standard booking terms and conditions).
^ Back to top(a) Members can (subject to these Terms) redeem points to satisfy the total price payable in connection with an Eligible Booking. Redemption may be on a points only or a points + pay basis.
(b) When making an Eligible Booking using points + pay, the Member must pay the balance price to the relevant Related Participating Travel Brand.
(c) The minimum number of points that a Member may redeem via points + pay when making an Eligible Booking is 5,000 points. The maximum number of points that a Member may redeem via points + pay when making an Eligible Booking is 2,000,000 points.
^ Back to top(a) The following Redemption Partner products are White Label Products: hotel, multi-day tours, car hire, travel insurance, and day tours with a cruise. It is not possible to redeem points to purchase White Label Products online, unless you purchase a White Label Product as part of a bundle that includes non-White Label Products.
(b) It is not possible to redeem points to purchase products via the World360 Rewards Marketplace.
(c) It is not possible to redeem points on bookings made with Flight Centre Business Travel or the Excluded TA Agencies.
^ Back to top(a) Subject to your refund and remedy rights under the ACL and this section 5, if you request to change or cancel the redemption of a Reward and we accept that request:
(i) we will charge a change/cancellation fee of 10,000 points (World360 Rewards Fee), in addition to any change or cancellation fees imposed by the relevant Redemption Partner (which we may charge to you as an equivalent amount of points, as reasonably calculated by us); and
(ii) in the case of a cancellation request, if, after charging those fees, there are points, or points and cash, remaining that you used when requesting to redeem the Reward, we will refund that to you.
(b) When you request to redeem a Reward, we will specify whether the points required for that transaction will be sufficient to cover the World360 Rewards Fee and the change or cancellation fees of the relevant Redemption Partner.
(c) The World360 Rewards Fee reflects the reasonable, direct and indirect costs, time and effort incurred or involved in us providing booking and advisory services to you, as well as processing and managing the changes to, or cancellation of, your booking.
(d) Otherwise, all applicable cancellation and change terms and conditions contained within the relevant Related Participating Travel Brand apply to all bookings containing Rewards product.
^ Back to top(a) Subject to your refund and remedy rights under the ACL and this section 5, if you request to change or cancel an Eligible Booking and the Related Participating Travel Brand accepts that request, the Related Participating Travel Brand’s booking terms and conditions (available on its website) will apply. The Related Participating Travel Brand:
(i) will charge any change or cancellation fees imposed (1) by the relevant travel supplier and (2) by the Related Participating Travel Brand. Depending upon your initial method of payment, the Related Participating Travel Brand may charge the change or cancellation fees to you in cash or as an equivalent amount of points (as reasonably calculated by the Related Participating Travel Brand); and
(ii) in the case of a cancellation request, if, after charging those fees, there are points paid remaining, or points and cash remaining, these will be refunded to you.
(b) Similar to the redemption of a Reward, the relevant Related Participating Travel Brand will specify whether (during the initial redemption process) an Eligible Booking is unable to be changed and/or cancelled once booked.
^ Back to topWe aren’t responsible for, and we make no representations about, any tax liability in connection with you participating in World360 Rewards or using any Rewards, Member benefits or other features of World360 Rewards. You’re solely responsible for all taxes, GST, duties, levies, fees, charges or other liabilities (Taxes) in connection with your participation in World360 Rewards, points earned and the use of Rewards, Member benefits and otherwise. You should seek advice from your professional accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand any possible Taxes related to your participation in World360 Rewards.
^ Back to top(a) We may choose to appoint other parties from time to time to provide services in relation to the operation and management of World360 Rewards. Even if we do this, these Terms remain a contract between you and us only. We can also assign, transfer or novate some or all of our rights or obligations under these Terms at any time without needing your consent.
(b) If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable under law, that provision will be read down as far as possible to give it a valid operation. If that isn’t possible, the provision will be removed, and the remaining provisions of these Terms won’t be affected, as far as possible.
^ Back to top(a) World360 Rewards enables third-party sellers (Marketplace Vendor) to sell goods and/or services via the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace to Members. The World360 Rewards’ Marketplace is accessible via the World360 Rewards App.
(b) These general Marketplace Terms (set out in this section 7) apply to your use of the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace. Your access to and use of the World360 Rewards Marketplace constitutes your acceptance of these Marketplace Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Marketplace Terms, you should immediately discontinue your use of World360 Rewards’ Marketplace.
(c) If you, as a Member of the World360 Rewards loyalty program, choose to purchase a product and/or service via the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace, the seller of the product and/or service is the relevant Marketplace Vendor whose terms and conditions will apply to the transaction and constitute a legally binding contract between them and you. World360 Rewards is not a party to that contract.
(d) You agree to be bound by these Marketplace Terms (as set out in this section 7) when using World360 Rewards’ Marketplace.
^ Back to top(a) When you select a product and/or service on the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace via the World360 Rewards’ App, you will navigate out of the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace to the Marketplace Vendor’s environment and purchase the relevant goods and/or services directly from the Marketplace Vendor.
(b) World360 Rewards is not the seller or supplier of any goods or services via the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace and does not in any way guarantee any Marketplace Vendor’s compliance with these Marketplace Terms and/or their own terms of sale. To the fullest extent permitted by law (including the ACL), World360 Rewards is not responsible for the goods and/or services provided by any Marketplace Vendor and will not be liable for losses or claims arising out of or in connection with any Marketplace Vendor’s acts or omissions, or in connection with any goods or services sold via the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace, except to the extent those losses or claims are caused by World360 Reward’s breach of these Marketplace Terms, negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud.
(c) World360 Rewards does not review or approve the content of, listing, pricing or other promotional material for goods or services published on the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace by Marketplace Vendors in relation to their goods and services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, World360 Rewards is not responsible for the content, accuracy or completeness of, and does not give any warranties or representations in respect of, any such content.
(d) Restricted Goods are subject to various Commonwealth, State and Territory laws. By purchasing goods and/or services from a Marketplace Vendor you warrant to World360 Rewards and the relevant Marketplace Vendor that you are above the minimum age required to purchase the relevant goods and/or services (where applicable). You further warrant that you are not obtaining the Restricted Goods on behalf of a person that is not above the minimum age required to purchase the Restricted Goods themselves.
(e) We may earn commissions and/or other financial benefits from or in connection with goods and/or services that are sold via World360 Rewards’ Marketplace.
(f) If you experience any issues relating to goods and/or services purchased via the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace, you will need to contact the relevant Marketplace Vendor from whom you have purchased the goods and/or services directly. If you are not happy with the response you get from that Marketplace Vendor (or if you have any other concerns about a Marketplace Vendor’s conduct) please contact World360 Rewards’ Member Support at support@marketplace.world360rewards.com and provide any relevant information.

(i) initiate the purchase of goods and/or services made available by Marketplace Vendors on the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace, via the World360 Rewards Marketplace;
(ii) complete the purchase of goods and/or services with the relevant Marketplace Vendor in their environment via the link provided in World360 Rewards’ Marketplace; and
(iii) comply with these Marketplace Terms (set out in this section 7) as well as any terms associated with the relevant purchase published by Marketplace Vendor in connection with the earning points or otherwise,
are eligible to earn points on the relevant purchase. The relevant points earn rate associated with a purchase will be detailed in the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace with the relevant good and/or service and will differ between offers presented by Marketplace Vendors.
(b) Subject to a particular Marketplace Vendor publishing contrary terms with their product/service on World360 Rewards’ Marketplace, the following won’t earn points:
(i) charges associated with GST, delivery and shipping services;
(ii) purchases made using a Marketplace Vendor’s gift card;
(iii) purchases that are cancelled, refunded or changed;
(iv) purchases of a Marketplace Vendor’s gift card; or
(v) purchases undertaken for fraudulent purposes.
(c) Additionally, in order to earn points, Members must ensure that their purchases are:
(i) initiated directly via the links provided within World360 Rewards’ Marketplace; and
(ii) completed within 2 hours of navigating to the link provided.
(d) Purchases made directly with Marketplace Vendors (not initiated via the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace) will not be eligible for World360 Rewards points. Similarly if you follow a hypertext link to one Marketplace Vendor from the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace, and then from that Marketplace Vendor follow a hypertext link to another Marketplace Vendor not initiated from the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace, your purchase will not be eligible for World360 Rewards points.
(e) Post eligible purchases with Marketplace Vendors, points will be credited to a Member’s World360 Rewards’ Account in accordance section 3.2.
^ Back to topWorld360 Rewards acknowledges that the purchase of any products and/or services via the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace come with consumer guarantees from the relevant Marketplace Vendor that cannot be excluded under the ACL. These Marketplace Terms set out in this section 7 do not exclude or limit the application of the consumer guarantees in the ACL or any other statutory rights that you may have under applicable laws that cannot be excluded or limited. Where there is an inconsistency between these Marketplace Terms and an applicable law, the applicable law will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
^ Back to top(a) To the fullest extent permitted by law (including the ACL), and except to the extent caused by World360 Rewards’ breach of these Marketplace Terms, negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud (as relevant), World360 Rewards shall not be liable to you for any loss to you to the extent it is caused by:
(i) any information you submit to a Marketplace Vendor being incomplete or inaccurate;
(ii) you being unable to change or cancel an order for a good or service from a Marketplace Vendor once the order has been accepted by the Marketplace Vendor;
(iii) your order for a good or service provided by a Marketplace Vendor not being received, or being lost, misdirected or delayed as a result of issues with the World360 Rewards’ App or the Marketplace Vendor’s ordering systems, beyond the reasonable control of World360 Rewards (and/or its related entities);
(iv) any delay in delivery of goods or services to you that you order from a Marketplace Vendor;
(v) any delay in you receiving any refund due to you from a Marketplace Vendor;
(vi) any late, lost or misdirected deliveries of goods sent by a Marketplace Vendor;
(vii) a Marketplace Vendor or its representatives leaving any goods you ordered from the Marketplace Vendor in accordance with any “authority to leave” given by you;
(viii) any breach of these Marketplace Terms in this section 7 by you; or
(ix) any other loss to the extent resulting from something outside of our reasonable control and within your reasonable control.
(b) This clause does not affect or limit anything in sections 7.2(b) or 7.2(c).
^ Back to top(a) Prices for goods and services available via the World360 Rewards’ Marketplace are as displayed therein. Prices are set by the Marketplace Vendor and may be subject to change without notice to you.
(b) The details of any delivery charges (if applicable) and or GST payable in connection with your selected goods or services will be set out in the Marketplace Vendor’s Terms and conditions.
^ Back to top(a) Prior to proceeding with a purchase of goods and/or services via World360 Rewards’ Marketplace, you should review the relevant Marketplace Vendor’s terms and conditions relating to cancellations, returns and refunds.
(b) World360 Rewards does not control and has no influence over the cancellation, return and refund terms adopted by the relevant Marketplace Vendor.
^ Back to top(a) If you elect to purchase goods and/or services from a Marketplace Vendor, you will be required to provide personal information to the Marketplace Vendor. You should review the relevant Marketplace Vendor’s privacy policy for relevant collection and processing details prior to providing any personal information.
(b) To the fullest extent permitted by law, World360 Rewards will not be liable for losses or claims arising out of or in connection with any Marketplace Vendor’s acts or omissions in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of a person’s personal information.
^ Back to top(a) World360 Rewards reserves the right to amend this section 7 Marketplace Terms from time to time. World360 Rewards will act reasonably in making any such changes, including by providing reasonable notice to you by publishing any changes to the Terms on www.world360rewards.com and sending notice to the email address recorded in your World360 Rewards Account.

ACL means the Australian Consumer Law.
Availed means having made use of, or taken advantage of, something.
Benefit Partners has the meaning set out in section 1.2(b)(ii).
Bonus Benefits means benefits provided to Members, who have a Member Plus membership, by World360 Rewards Partners for the duration of the relevant Member Plus Membership Year.
Consumer Guarantee has the meaning set out in section 1.6(c).
Conversion Partners has the meaning set out in section 1.2(b)(iii).
Earn Partners has the meaning set out in section 1.2(b)(iv).
Eligible Booking has the meaning set out in section 3.1(b)(i).
Excluded TA Agencies includes each of:
(a) Travel Associates at Home Independent Advisors who, as at the date of these Terms, include:
(i) Cameron Wark (Independent Advisor);
(ii) Cruise & Travel Design Pty Ltd (Independent Advisor);
(iii) Emilly Gottsche (Independent Advisor);
(iv) Kristen Louise Smith (Independent Advisor);
(v) Megan Gray (Independent Advisor);
(vi) Petrina Marion Taylor Brown (Independent Advisor);
(vii) Platinum Travel Pty Ltd (Independent Advisor);
(viii) Roland Kautzky (Independent Advisor);
(ix) Samantha Quirina Vendtitti Lynch (Independent Advisor); and
(x) The Trustee for the Custom Cruises Trust (Independent Advisor); and
(b) Travel Associates Member Businesses who, as at the date of these Terms, include:
(i) Travel Associates Caloundra;
(ii) Travel Associates Mountain Creek;
(iii) Travel Associates Blues Point;
(iv) Travel Associates Toronto;
(v) Travel Associates Jamison Plaza;
(vi) Travel Associates Gungahlin; and
(vii) Tony Freedman Travel Associates.
The above entities that constitute (a) Travel Associates at Home Independent Advisors, and (b) Travel Associates Member Businesses, are subject to change from time to time.
Fast track is a method of purchasing a Reward in the Rewards Store using the correct number of points specified in the offer and paying a cash component associated with the Reward, which may also be paid by using points.
Lead Traveller means the traveller (who is a Member) making the relevant Eligible Booking and who is therefore the booking contact.
Marketplace Vendor means a third-party seller that World360 Rewards has authorised to trade on the World360 Rewards Marketplace.
Member refers to eligible individuals that register to World 360 Rewards.
Member Plus Benefits refers to the benefits available to Members who have paid the membership fee and joined the Member Plus membership type.
Membership Types refers to the membership types set out in section 2.2(a).
Membership Year refers to a twelve (12) month membership upon payment of the joining fee.
Passive Earn Activity means earning bonus points by participating in designated promotions (e.g. for a Member’s birthday or through a signup incentive), gamification, or bonus points campaigns/initiatives operated by both World360 Rewards and/or Related Participating Travel Brands.
points refer to the units of value awarded to a Member for Points Earn Transactions. Points can be accumulated, redeemed, or used according to the rules outlined in these Terms.
Points Earn Transactions refers to the activities or events by which Members can earn points as set out in section 3.1(b).
redeem means using points or points and cash in the Rewards Store to acquire a Reward.
Redemption Partners has the meaning set out in section 1.2(b)(i).
Related Participating Travel Brands refer to the brands set out in section 3.1(d).
Restricted Goods means goods and/or services which are only intended to be viewed, played, listened to or otherwise utilised by a person of at least a certain age.
Rewards refers to any travel offers and experiences that Members can redeem using points that are made available in the Rewards Store.
Rewards Store refers to the catalogue that redeemable Rewards are made available to Members via the World360 Rewards App.
World360 Rewards refers to the World360 Rewards loyalty program.
World360 Rewards Account refers to a Member’s unique account, accessible via the World360 Rewards App or the Related Participating Travel Brand’s website or app.
World360 Rewards App means collectively (i) the World360 Rewards standalone mobile application and (ii) the World360 Rewards mobile application branded in conjunction with a Related Participating Travel Brand.
World360 Rewards Membership Number refers to the unique membership number provided upon World360 Rewards Account activation.
World360 Rewards Partners refers to the collective of the Earn Partners, Conversion Partners, Redemption Partners and Benefit Partners.
